internet connection at home is being a bitch nowadays. Can't even blog or online these days. Bloody streamyx.

School is boring, as usual. Did nothing much with them this week as thier are having exam or I have already finish thier syllabus for this semester. *huff*

Anyway, i caught two of my standard 3 student passing notes during their mandarin paper. I confiscated it and kinda read through what they wroe.

BELOW is their so call "letter" :

Chris: when i call you tonight you on the tlevision and turn to Discovery Science Channel 53 ok
Hor: is it you call my house telephone
Chris: OF COURSE! or else i run to your housa and call you ah? !!!!
Hor: OK! but what is your house otelephone number
Chris: Me call you
Hor: i want your house telephone number.
Chris: OK but i forget ALREADY

This is exactly what they wrote in the small piece of paper.
They tend to translate mandarin to english, like house telephone = 家里电话
They told me there will be a documentary bout alien tonight. *sweat*

Got time to watch television but no time to do my math homework.

Almost blow my top in school . Have got no idea why the kids can be so rude. They can't follow simple instruction and keep bugging me about the same question one by one. I finaly understand how come some teacher can be so short tempered during secondary school. Thank goodness they know when to stop bugging me or else I might throw them down from the thrid floor.

I have got total stacks of text paper to mark by this weekend. GREAT.

Have you ever heard of the sky bridge?
The one which connect both the KLCC building?
Do you know that it's actually open for public?
And it's F.O.C.~

Have you been up there?

Nyaha, just been there 2 months ago (was supposed to blog bout it but was so lazy :P ).

I wasn't sure about where to get the ticket at the beginning. Just get to know about there's such a thing that we can actually go up to the sky bridge through one forum. An they say the view is marvelous. Finally after struggling in the packed like a sardin can LRT, I reached KLCC in one piece. First of all, I need to know where to get the bloody ticket, kinda worried bout not being able to get a ticket as it's quite late when I reached there... Went up to te informatin counter and the receptionist just gave mo some direction about getting to the office in front of Maybank, where the ticket counter is just right beside of it. But wait... I don;t even know where the hell is Maybank in KLCC. Anyway, just follow the crowd and I know I will get to the place... Wonder around between the offices and the shopping mall, I finally figured out where is the ticket counter. :) *lucky lucky lucky* Queued up after one gang og tourism from indonesia and got my ticket scheduled at 1.30 pm. There was about 3 hours before my turn. Hmm, so i decided to go the park outside the shopping mall for some sightseeing and some syiok-sendiri session. XD

The weather wasn't very hot and it's quite windy that day. The park located in front of the shopping mall is way better than I expected. It's big(yea, farking big), and CLEAN. yesh, it's very very clean, and they have got loads of tress so you can get some shade if you're tired of waling/jogging around. They have jogging tracks there too, but most of them who jog there are japs. Duh, since when malaysian are free to go jogging in a park(not to mention it's clean and very shady) Most of them (including me!) will prefer to sit in a mamak stall and have a cup of teh tarik. Okay, come back to the park thingy. Think the management of KLCC(or DBKL?) is really doing a great job in maintaining the park. They have people specially to clean up the pool and polishing the pewter statue there. Walked around and found out the park is actually quite isolated at some part, so I just took another way instead. Need to be really careful nowadays, besides I was alone. :(

Wonder around the park and admire the building from the park, and almost dozed off when I was sitting under the shade. We always read about KLCC in the paper, textook, heard of it from the television, but in fact, who actually sit down and admire this lovely building, which is once the tallest building in the world? It's really amazing that we, malaysian actually build this building using bricks and steel and simen(duh!). On the other hand, people always talk about how great a building is oversea. How much they spend on the whole project. What other high tech parking lot they have. but, try looking at KLCC. It's our pride. maybe after a few years it might not be there but at least, we'd appreciate this building and not forgetting, sort of proof that malaysia boleh(?) It was a weekday so there's only some senior citizen and some tourist hanging around. took plenty of pictures and next I moved to the bookshop(it's getting hot mind you)

There's one place where they place some brief introduction of the history of the building, and some small games around to let the visitors lepak while waiting for their turn to go up. There's one short clip about history of the building, and also the whole process of the whole thing. Some of them is very interesting and also very attractive, but some need maintainence loR.

There is one waiting room beside the lift, which they play the same video about how the whole building was build and stuff. Malaysian really need to improve their manner. Some of the malays who enter into the room(something like a mini cinema), they started talking like no body business and their children(yea yea, you can imagine them bring 5 kids, like how the ducks bring the ducklings for a swim) and their kids started yelling and making noises like: "papa, #%$%*(%$%^@%1, mama, #$^*)(!#$!#%$#^" it's so bloody annoying and I almost wanted to "tui lam" the kids. =.=" super memalukan you know.

You will received a visitor pass, and you will go up according to the pass color. There were around 20 plus people in one group and everyone will fit into the lift. There'll be one safety guard and one tour guide to be there with us, and explaining the rules and some information about the sky bridge to everyone. The bridge is actually a double layer birdge and it's connected to the 41st and the 42nd floor of both the buildings. I can still remember passing by the building site when I was young, and now I'm going to have a look with the interior of the building.

we're only allowed to stay about 15 mins there, and I think we went up to the 41st floor. I don;t feel like I'm stading the the 41st floor. I feels as if I'm at the 20th floor or something like that. They have different scenery at both side of the bridge. On my left hand side, i can see the entrance of the offices and pn the right hand side, I could see the park and the shopping mall. they've designed the building in a islamic way and the base is actually octagon. According to th tour guide, you can actually feel the bridge shaking and swinging to left and right when there is winds blowing or raining. Couldn't find the glass tinted tile. I heard there's a few glass tile on the floor. >_________<

Took some picture there and we're asked to leave, as there were another group waiting.

Anyway, I misplaces the ticket! Damn. *pissed pissed*

It's really a nice experience and for once, mingfoong is being patriotic. >P

Next pit stop would be either KL tower or the Eye on Malaysai ferris wheel. Anyone?
